Harlequin Luncheon Set
A Very unusual find -- a complete luncheon set replete with the original packaging and original pamphlet. It was sold in Woolworths and there is a zip code on the Homer Laughlin address. There are 20 pieces -- 4 plates (10"), 4 plates (7"), 4 bowls (6 3/8"), 4 cups and 4 saucers. Each piece is in yellow, turquoise, rose and green. It was found all in the original box and it appears that the set was never used.
Large Peachblow Vase
The largest piece of Peachblow that we have ever handled. It stands over 6" tall and has a diameter over 6 1/2" across the top. The color is gorgeous - transforming from a luscious pink to a brilliant yellow. We found this piece in an estate in central Maine.
Tri Fold Mirror
I've never seen another! Beautiful tri-fold mirror that can be utilized in the hand or hung on a wall peg. The middle mirror measures 14" tall and the side to side measure is 18 3/4". The paint has some issues -- there are chips in the paint.
Pitcher and Bowl Set
Large Victorian Pitcher and bowl set -- the bowl is 16" in diameter and the water ewer is 11" tall, the water pitcher stands 7" and the shaving mug is 3 1/4". There is a chip on the under side of the basin and the shaving mug has a chip and a small line.
Sterling Compact
A mint condition compact - it is inscribed on the back -- June, 20, 1953 and is monogrammed on the front. It measures 2 1/2 inches across. It appears to have never been used as there is no remnants of powder apparent.
